Refunds

If Maranatha does not work on your Mac, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either help you get it working or refund the license.

Mac App License

Send the order email, license number if you have it, your macOS version, and a short description of the issue to [email protected].

Maranatha AI

Optional Maranatha AI subscriptions are managed through Stripe. If you were charged by mistake or cannot use the service, contact support and we will review it quickly.

Download Trouble

If payment succeeded but your download email did not arrive, email support from the same address you used at checkout and we can resend the link.
